ABQK: Announces its EGM meeting to be held on 24 December 2008 Category: EGM, Rights Issue
Al Ahli bank announces that the Extra-Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the bank will be held on Wednesday, 24 December 2008. In case the quorum is not met, a second meeting will take place on Monday, 29 December 2008, to discuss the following Agenda:
1. Suggest amending Article No. 71/1 of the AOA, of Ahli Bank according to the following:
2. To approve increase of the capital by sharing Qatar Investment 20% as maximum, starting from 2009 for 2 years and authorised the Board of Director to write the mechanism and to do the necessary action to finalise this point, and to amend the AOA accordingly.
