NFCI: Discloses its status on Rights Issue Category: Rights Issue
The Rights Issue has been closed at the subscribed amount of OMR 3,371,573.940 which represents 61.30% of the issue value of OMR 5,499,900.000.
The process of listing the shares with the Muscat Securities Market and increasing the paid-up capital of the company with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry will be completed shortly.
