CSII: Announce results of its EGM held on 8 March 2009 Category: EGM, Bonus Shares, Rights Issue, General
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Computer Stationery Industry was held at 4.00 p.m on Sunday, 8 March 2009 at the Hotel Al Falaj. The EGM was attended by the CMA delegates, in addition to the representatives of the statutory auditors and legal advisors of the company.
The following resolutions were passed in the meeting:
1. The members of the board approved the amendment of nominal value of shares from OMR 1 per share to OMR 0.100 per share and to increase the number of share for Authorised Capital to 20,000,000 and the paid up shares to 10,000,000.
2. The members of the board approved the amendments in Articles of Association of the company with the consent of concerned regulatory authorities.
