This month sees Wally Jubran join Four Seasons Golf Club Dubai Festival City as its new Club Food & Beverage Manager. With over thirty year's experience in the field, and a keen knowledge of banqueting, he is ideally placed to lead this busy and growing department.

Jubran arrives in the UAE from Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh where his most recent role was as Food and Beverage Manager, but he is no stranger to Dubai. Before his Saudi Arabian posting, he worked for two years as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager/Banquet Manager at The Fairmont Dubai. In this role he helped to oversee ten F&B outlets and was initially responsible for opening catering and banquets. He later looked after the Executive Conference Centre, penthouse suites and VIP events, amongst other substantial duties.

A Canadian, who exchanged the cold climes of the North in 2001 for the warmth of this region, Jubran worked his way up from his very first job as bar porter in banquets to the challenging managerial post he holds today. He brings to his new position a myriad significant skills acquired over his time as a food, beverage and banqueting professional within international five-star hotels.
