Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is pleased to welcome Andrew Dartnell as its new Hotel Manager. The seasoned hotelier, who has over 25 years of international hospitality experience, arrives in the Kingdom from Four Seasons Hotel Doha where he spent three years as opening Director of Food & Beverage.
A keen sportsman, born and brought up in India, Dartnell holds an impressive track record in the industry. Prior to his first GCC posting in Doha, he held the position of Food & Beverage Director for Park Hyatt and InterContinental groups in major capitals from Sydney to Hong Kong and Singapore.
Certified by the global professional body for the international hospitality industry (HCIMA) in London, Dartnell started his career with the Taj Hotels & Resort Group at the historic Taj Mahal Hotel in Bombay, India where he managed various Food & Beverage outlets for nearly eight years. His travels and work commitments thereafter have taken him to Hong Kong, Singapore and his home Australia. His other career credits include successfully orchestrating large-scale outdoor catering events such as Hong Kong Rugby 7s.
Delighted with his first appointment as Hotel Manager, Dartnell is looking forward to the challenge of further developing the Riyadh property's reputation as a premier luxury destination whilst upholding the high level of personalised service synonymous with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts worldwide.
