Martin Rhomberg appointed new general manager at Four Seasons Hotel Damascus

Four Seasons Hotel Damascus welcomes Martin Rhomberg as new General Manager for the Hotel. In his new role, Rhomberg will help lead the management team to further success as well as ensuring the Hotel maintains correct operations.
He will also focus on developing the skills of local professionals, and secure the Hotel's position as one of the leading food and beverage products in the city.
His career with Four Seasons started in 2000, when he was appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Hotel Caracas. After Caracas, Rhomberg moved on to become the Resort Manager of two of the most successful Four Seasons Resorts: Punta Mita, Mexico and most recently Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica.
Prior to working with Four Seasons, Rhomberg held a number of positions with Hyatt International, in different countries including Mexico and Argentina.
An Austrian national and a graduate from the Viennese College for Tourism Modul, Rhomberg speaks German, Spanish, English and French. Rhomberg will be accompanied by his wife Ana Luisa in Damascus. A keen windsurfer and a fan of outdoor sports, he also enjoys listening to a variety of music.
