DM Healthcare unveils budget clinics under the brand ACCESS Ten ACCESS Clinics to be launched to address the needs of the blue collared workers

ACCESS Clinic, the budget-model network of clinics by DM Healthcare, the leading healthcare conglomerate in the Middle East and India, has been launched with the first clinic located at the Ramla Shopping Mall, Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai. Access clinics are primarily targeting the primary healthcare needs of the lower income group of the UAE demographics.

Commenting on the launch of the ACCESS Clinic at DIP, Padma Shri Dr. Azad Moopen, Chairman, DM Healthcare, said: “Over the years, due to various factors, the costs of quality healthcare services has seen a steady increase. This has led to a situation where all are not able to afford quality healthcare services. With ACCESS networks, as the name suggests, we aim to bridge that gap and make quality healthcare services accessible to all at very affordable costs.”

“We plan to open at least ten ACCESS Clinics in immediate future in the UAE and Qatar. We are overwhelmed with the support received from the various authorities and public towards the ACCESS model. We consider it as our social commitment to the society during the silver jubilee year and dedicate this to the community who are in real need of it. We have ensured that our service qualities are not at all compromised, while introducing the budget model facilities”, he added.

Fully equipped to provide primary healthcare services, the ACCESS facility at Dubai Investment Park will provide primary services in General Medicine and Orthopedics. The unit has observation beds for providing immediate care, a laboratory and a radiology unit for prompt and better diagnostics, and an adjoining pharmacy to ensure easy and immediate access to medicines. Adding to the convenience of the facility, the Clinic has spacious waiting area for males and females and strategically placed with easy accessibility to the end users. The ACCESS Clinic at Dubai Investment Park will be open between 8am to 11pm, 7 days a week. The Clinic is associated with major insurance companies. The upcoming Access Clinics are in Gold Souk, JAFZA, Muhaisana (Sonapur), Al Quoz Industrial area where we perceive the largest need for this kind of facility.

The services provided at ACCESS Clinics, including the consultation, are offered at nominal fees. Corporates will have the benefits to avail Corporate HMO scheme with added benefits through the Corporate Relations Department. ACCESS will extend corporate healthcare services tailor-made to the requirements of the individual corporates with larger employee-base spread across the region.
