In Saudi German hospital-Dubai, the team of ENT and tumor of head and neck surgery performed successfully a very sophisticated and delicate surgery for a Nigerian lady 62 years old.
the lady had a cancer in the submandibular gland type adenoid cystic carcinoma with lymphadenopathy. The cancer completely resected with functional neck dissection resulted in excision of the submandibular salivary gland and total of 27 neck lymph nodes.
