Fitness First debuts as exclusive fitness and wellness partner of Dubai Sports World

The maiden association of Fitness First, a franchise owned and operated under license by the Landmark Group in the MENA region, with the UAE’s leading summer sports venue, running from June 21st until Aug 29th, will see the leading fitness solutions provider, managing and operating the completely remodelled gymnasium and fitness area – a core component of the 22,000m², fully air-conditioned venue. The completely free-to-enter gym will also boast a dedicated, purpose-built fitness studio and a cycling studio.

Fitness First will also run a series of activities including a daily schedule of mixed and ladies-only Group Exercise (GX) classes – Pilates, Yoga, BodyBalance™, RPM™, Zumba™, Body Pump™ and The Ultimate Fitness Firster (T.U.F.F) – across the 10-week event duration. In addition, DSW visitors can avail of the Freestyle Group Training (FGT) Sessions for free or book Personal Training Sessions with Fitness First’s internationally certified fitness instructors and trainers.

Post-Ramadan, Fitness First will run a weekly kids-only Zumba™ class and bi-weekly Belly Dancing classes apart from hosting three special events for large groups of up to 150 people - BodyCombat™ a fiercely energetic program inspired by mixed martial arts, Zumba™ Juniors for our young Zumba fans and a ladies-only Zumbathon, an hour and a half non-stop Zumba. Fitness First will also host The Change Project - an eight week, transformational weight loss programme, which is based on educating, enabling and supporting participants in achieving their respective weight loss goals whilst concentrating on a change in lifestyle habits. It will feature a weekly Group Personal Training session, exclusive GX classes, and informative seminars focusing on weight loss techniques and maintaining weight after the programme. Available to existing Fitness First members for a reduced fee of AED 1800, The Change Project costs AED 2900 for non-members. The visitors can also book an appointment with the expert nutritionist and opt for meal delivery service through Nutrition by Fitness First
