Fitness First debuts into health supplements segment

Vitamins and dietary supplements consumption is set to increase year-on-year as residents in the region slowly begin to make changes to their diets and lifestyle.

Dubai – UAE, March 1, 2016: As levels of obesity and health awareness among UAE residents continues to surge upwards, Fitness First Middle East, in an effort to encourage people to go further in fitness and in life, has announced its entry in to the health supplements segment – a move geared towards consolidating its position within the vibrant fitness sector and add a further element to its 360 wellness concept.

According to Fitness First, its partnership with supplements experts, Global Health and Fitness, will propel its performance and provide an all-inclusive approach to fitness and well-being by adding world renowned brands such as NutriTech, BIO Synergy and Z&M Natural Nutrition to its brand portfolio.

Under the new deal, Global Health and Fitness will benefit from Fitness First’s expansive club network within and around the UAE region hence tapping and reaching to a wider consumer base. A wide variety of health supplements will now be readily available in selected Fitness First clubs in the UAE to suit all health and fitness requirements.

The two company’s lauded the partnership and termed it as timely saying that it was in response towards an increase in demand for dietary supplements in the Middle East and Gulf nations – areas where both entities see potential growth and value adding to the consumer.
