Services are broadly divided between consulting and testing and since establishing in the UAE in 1995 the company has been involved in nearly 300 major projects in the region. Its curtain wall-mock-up testing laboratory can accommodate up to 10 multi-story mock-ups, including those of extreme sizes and to extreme pressures. Accredited by ENAS under ISO 17025 for air, water and structural load testing, the company meets all international standards and conducts all of the standard tests. These include seismic, dynamic water penetration and thermal cycling, plus the company is unique in offering acoustic testing on the same mock-up. Fire testing of doors, walls etc is conducted in a state-of-the-art 3m x 3m furnace. Tests are conducted under BS, EN, ISO, UL, ASTM and NFPA, and it is fully accredited by both UKAS and ENAS.
