The company has divided itself into business units that deal with specific sectors of the market. For instance, its Commercial Systems Business Unit handles Carrier's chillers, packages and ducted splits (over 5 tonnes) for medium to large size buildings. The brand's presence in the market is given a boost by the service business unit, which has invested in man-power, technology and training.
