Rotana signs $26.7m TV deal with Walt Disney

Rotana Media Group, which provides Arabic and English television content in the Middle East, and Fox International Channels have signed a 100 million riyal ($26.7 million) licensing content agreement with Walt Disney Co.
Disney content will be aired in the Middle East on Fox Movies and Fox Series channels under the terms of the four-year accord, the companies said.
Separately, Rotana said it plans to sell a 10 percent stake to News Corp. for an undisclosed amount.
The agreement will be announced in January, Nezar Nagro, president of Rotana Media Services, said in Riyadh.
